there's plenty of cayman charities out there but this one is one of the best! they have financial aid, which has really helped a couple people i know, and they hold great fundraisers. if you're gonna donate, donate to them!

The Cayman Islands Breast Cancer Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization that is registered with the islands government. Founded in 2009, they raise funds to battle breast cancer and provide financial support to local charities working in breast cancer education.
